Two traders, two ways of reading the market.
Santhosh H. P. and Yash Raj Jaiswal each started trading on their own in the mid-2010s. One reads the market by hand, the other through code. They met in 2019, found they were solving the same problems from opposite ends, and have worked as equal partners ever since.
